Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EdgeUno client portal (the “Portal”) available at edgeuno.cloud, operated by EdgeUno, Inc. (“EdgeUno”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Portal you accept these Terms in full.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EdgeUno infrastructure for: distributing malware; sending unsolicited email; hosting child sexual abuse material; running denial-of-service attacks; or violating applicable export-control, sanctions, or privacy laws (including LGPD, Habeas Data, Ley 25.326, LFPDPPP, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable).

3. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)

EdgeUno’s published SLA applies to all production services. Monthly availability targets and credit schedules are defined in the Terms of Service. Credits are applied automatically against the next invoice; you are not required to file a claim.

4. Billing

Invoices are issued monthly in advance for fixed-term services and monthly in arrears for usage-based services (VPS hourly, AI Sandbox per-second). Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment beyond 30 days, or as required by law or court order. We will notify you in writing where reasonably possible.

6. Data ownership and processing

Customer data remains owned by the customer. EdgeUno acts as a data processor under applicable data-protection laws. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request.

7. Liability

Except where prohibited by law, EdgeUno’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EdgeUno against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via the Portal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
